The Town of Caroline herein known as “Owner,” will receive sealed bids regarding the Electrical Contract
for the Old Town Hall Restoration Project at 2668 Slaterville Road, Slaterville Springs, New York.
Effective Friday, July 24, 2026, Bid Documents may be examined at the office of the Owner and the following locations:

the work to be performed under each contract. Plans and specifications may be viewed, and official bid sets may be obtained from the designated web portal nyplanroom.com: DATAFLOW, www.nyplanroom.com telephone: 607-772-2001, email: BidSupport@goDataflow.com
Prospective bidders must obtain a set of bid documents from the designated web portal, www.nyplanroom.com. Ordering from this web portal automatically places the prospective bidder on the plan holders’ list, and thus eligible to bid the project. This designated web portal will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a bid for the project. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through the designated web portal with notifications to registered bidders. As such, bidders who obtain documents from other sources such as exchange plan rooms will not qualify as bidders. Neither the Owner, Construction Manager, Architect/Engineer, nor Dataflow Inc will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda, if any, that are obtained from sources other than the designated web portal. Bids will be received at the Caroline Town Hall, 2668 Slaterville Road, Slaterville Springs, New York, until 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 20, 2026 August 14, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
